MSNBC and CNN have repeatedly stated that Kushner volunteered to testify.
I've heard it many times, and long before this recent Kushner news.
They still mention it, though it's old news to anybody paying attention.
I don't know what Fox does, as I haven't watched it in years.

I watch Fox News from time to time but I blame it mostly on my 65" TV.
I much prefer looking at Abby Huntsman's legs than Andrea Mitchell's
wrinkles in High Definition.
