Hmmm, popovers. Now you've done it. I'll be on a popover quest and
don't think there's anywhere in Florida where I can get one. First I
ever had was at the Harborside Inn at Edgartown, Mass in the summer of
1971 before they converted it to a resort. My last popover "fix" was
at the Jordan Pond House in Acadia Park, Maine back before the fire.
Their's are the best anywhere in my opinion.

Several commercial mix suppliers offer popover mixes that usually may be
found in the flour/bakery aisle of a decent supermarket. I haven't
bought any in years, but I have seen it on the shelves.
