Hillary did. She called them deplorables because she doesn't
understand people who live outside of her liberal urban domain. She
could have done it if she'd made it a priority. I saw her speak once
in Sackets Harbor, NY - about as small town rural as you can get
although it's not truly working class folks. She seemed to have a
good command of rural issues that day but had no doubt been well
coached.
