It really is not that simple. Wyoming is 2.7, Montana is 3.5 and

world, New Hampshire, has the lowest murder rate. 1.1
There is not a lot of "diversity" there tho.
Sure it's that simple. Take out the druggie murders in the big inner cities and the US rate would
drop substantially.
