Ok so now it's anyone's signs. Not just trumps. Why didn't you say that to begin with?

What the guy may not realize is that he doesn't own the land just beside the road. That's typically a right-of-way that is owned by the state, and is where those signs were likely placed. If he uses that .308 on someone's tires as suggested, he'll just end up in jail. You can't use a rifle to "scare off" someone without consequences.
