congress are driving defense contracts and that a disproportionate
number land in democrat rich California?
15 of the 20th largest defense contractors are headquartered or have
significant manufacturing/management facilities in California.

I don't know how much more I can simplify this for you. I'm neither
denying nor agreeing: I am not playing your everything is equal and both
major parties are the same game.
