If you actually had a brain or any knowledge, you would have known that
"the military" does not run the Selective Service.
Oh, and the overwhelming majority of young men in my age group never got
a notice to report from their local draft boards.
I suppose providence intervened for you, because without the navy, you
would have only risen to assistant bag boy at the local IGA.
