It's been coming for a while. ITT Tech was much like Trump University, a
fraudulent operation.

The 50-year-old company had been under investigation for alleged fraud
and deceptive marketing, as the government cracks down on for-profit
colleges that take federal dollars. The government accused ITT Tech — as
well as similar for-profit schools — of scamming students while failing
to give them adequate job training.

Were you planning to enroll?

Sort of like Laureate, the "For profit" that the Clintons are next
deep in. They pay Bill over $17 million to be an "honorary
chancellor".
I imagine he is useful when they are explaining to the department of
education why they are only second to the University of Phoenix in
student loans and 56% of their graduates are in default, 3 years after
graduation. It makes you wonder how those diplomas are received.
They are actually a "non-profit" although they are not supposed to be.
They are $563 million in the hole over the last 3 years and $104
million in the red in 1q16.
I assume KKR (a partner) already has plans of how to bust this up and
sell it for parts.
