They want to tip toe around that one because, if just making grandiose
promises about the wonderful education you will get and the job
opportunities it might open up was a crime, there are plenty of
universities who could be charged. Their selling of the student loans
that will encumber the students for life is pretty sleazy too.

A "civil" rape?
I put it there with some other guy who was sexually harassing his
female staff. He settled the case with a big payoff and copped a plea
on "perjury and obstruction of justice" giving up his law license.
That did not keep him from being president.

So Billy set the prescident for hiring those with criminal intent
to be president. Gotcha.
