He is a real estate hustler and a business man but I don't hear much
about criminal activity. Define "dirty"

Well, you could start with the two Trumpf "educational" institutions for
criminal fraud, and toss in the rape case, which at the moment seems
civil, but who knows, and if I spent any serious time looking, there's
probably more to find. Now, if you want to expand "dirty" beyond just
clearly criminal...
