parts on North Carolina. Kaine was a DC metro candidate.


Kaine was the mayor of Richmond, I believe, and Richmond is hardly in
the DC metro area. He'll help Clinton carry Virginia and North Carolina,
and have an impact in other must carry states. As for the "red" voters
in south Virginia and North Carolina, they may well be dumb enough to
vote for Trump.
