Leslie Stahl's interview with Trump and Pence aired on 60 Minutes tonight.
Stahl tried very hard to get Pence to show some independence and admit that
he disagreed with Trump on something, but Pence refused to differ with his
new boss. I expected Pence to slither off his ugly, gilded Trumpian chair,
drop down on his knees and lick the bottoms of Trump's shoes.
