You seemed to miss the "Constitutional" part.
It's the law that offends Libertarians because it interferes with their
right to discriminate.
If it is a PRIVATE operation, why shouldn't you have the right to
decide who can join? I personally find discrimination against people
based on race religion or gender to be stupid but I am not sure it
should be the law.
I do find it interesting that you talk about the evils of
discrimination but you are the first one to discriminate against
christians.
