Typically, anti-discrimination laws target discrimination over which an
individual has no control, such as race, ethnicity, country of origin,
gender preference and, usually but not always, religion (tends to be
inherited socially from parents).

Political speech is constitutionally protected, public accommodation
is not.

Public accommodation is protected by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the
law that outlaws discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or
national origin. It ended unequal application of voter registration
requirements and racial segregation in schools, at the workplace and by
facilities that served the general public (known as "public
accommodations").

It's the law that offends Libertarians because it interferes with their
right to discriminate.
