Yes he was and is a jerk. When I told him it wasn't his but was titled in
my name he calmed down a bit. His brother is a stand up guy that wanted
it off the property and the jerk showed no interest in it till it was
gone. I still came out ok but really did it to help the good guy out. He
had enough on his plate already...


Sounds like the jerk could score a fixed up boat for the original $400.
