'White Water - North Alps
Second edition

HELP!

We are publishing a new edition of Pete Bandtocks North Alps Guidebook
in time for the Canoe Exhibition in April, and we are short of good
photographs. We are going to double the number of colour pages and
would like to update and improve the quality of some of the existing
photos (it would be nice to show boats that are less than 4m long!)

It's good to have pictures that show people the general nature of the
river, but equally important are photo's that inspire people, for
example: close ups of happy faces. We're also looking for photo's that
lift peoples eyes away from the river - interesting old buildings, good
food, the kind that show why people like you enjoy going to the Alps !

Photographs can be slides, prints, or digital but need to be excellent,
award winning quality, bright, sharp and with good contrast.
Unfortunately, you will understand that we cannot afford to pay for
these photos, but the photographer will get a printed credit, a
complementary copy of the book, and perhaps a little fame?!
We will of course take every care of your precious photos.

Please email me, or give me a ring if you can help and pass this letter
on to any other friends who might also have good photo's of the Alps.
