Kirkland batteries have a nasty reputation for leaking.
According to this tester, Kirkland batteries are re-branded Duracells.
Doesn't surprise me. Batteries and even many flat panel TV displays
often come from the same source, but with different brand names.

Yup, and Duracell batteries have that same reputation. I buy Energizer batteries most of the time. I'll use a Duracell, but only in something that I know will drain them quickly.
