my wife's Jetta has a lot of leg room, although it is low also. I used to be 6'4",
but now have to stretch to get to 6'3".
I am a midget at 6'2 but I am OK in my Honda Prelude.
My new Tacoma has loads of leg room and in fact, I have to pull the seat
forward so that I can totally engage the clutch. The door opening,
though, seems tight to me in the vertical dimension and I have to fold
myself in half, as it were, to get inside. Getting out is easy,
though...it's a long way to the ground once you swing your legs out.
Good thing you don't have a Silverado 2500. You'd need a parachute and an escalator.
