I doubt you'd last a "New York Minute" in Chicago. I love taking
business/pleasure trips to that city...great hotels, shopping, museums,
restaurants, easy ride in from the airport, great meeting facilities.
There's good places, and there's not. I really don't want to go back
there, even to a lot of the good places.
One of my clients finances new and rehabbed multiunit housing in
mostly lower income neighborhoods, so I am occasionally visiting such
areas in major U.S. cities, including Chicago, DC, LA, NY, Milwaukee,
et cetera.
