Default Tug & Barge- Block Island Sound 10-12-2015 b
Most of the gravel used here on PEI is brought in by barge. From seeing
the tows in the Northumberland Strait in the open ocean the tow in the
photo looks quite normal. One shortens up the tow line as one approaches
the harbour.
