Both democrats and republicans have used the term, We are a nation of
laws. The problem is the democrats only want to use those laws they
agree with and others they choose not to enforce.

And democrats have a strong tendancy to leave out the word 'illegal' when discussing
Republican attitudes toward illegal immigrants.
