Here's the question: When a temperature forecast is given on The Weather Channel,

for a given day, like Tuesday, Mar 1, the high/low is shown as 63/49. Now, is the 49
the low of Tuesday morning, or Wednesday morning. Different weather channels do it
differently. If I'm a golfer worried about the cold, as a couple of my friends are,
then I want to know the temperature in the morning of the day I'm playing golf.
