1965 was a great year. I got a nice letter from Uncle Sam and a free train ride to
Fort Leonard Wood. Who could ask for more?

I had to make my own way to Cape May.

I had to make my way to the airport. They gave me a ticket on AA to
Dallas, and then Trans Texas airways to San Antonio. Forest flight
attestant I have ever had on a flight. Maybe being 20 shaded my viewpoint.
