That's 'par for the course' up here. *Only difference....It usually lasts about a month longer up here and we're a bit cooler and damper than the Boston States.

Neighbours down a couple houses on the other side of our street left by auto on Saturday. Lots left. The local universities add tens of thousands of students to keep the city busy.
