Are you referring to a carry permit or the HQL?

Why not both of them. It might be easy to argue those people are as
much of an interest to the public as a guy with a 9 ounce drone.

I doubt you would mind though since any government intrusion into your
rights and privacy seem fine with you.

All the carry permit states is that you can carry, and the HQL states you
can buy a handgun. Neither states whether you own a handgun. There is no
firearms regustry.



Curious. There is no record of the purchase? (assuming the purchase is
from an FFL or licensed gun shop).
