Hockey has gotten a lot better on large screen HD TVs but it's still
one of those games best watched in person.

does a better job of keeping its "eye" on the puck than I could do.

That's true but much of the strategy and excitement takes place away
from the puck and television misses just about all of that. Based on
my experience the best venue for watching hockey is a relatively small
riink where you are close to the action.

Agreed. Is not a TV sport. Football is, baseball is a great radio sport.


Football and basketball are great on TV.
