It would be an interesting study but we really do not have good
numbers for the Ottoman Empire and it's predecessors in that area.
There was plenty of muslim on muslim violence right up to today.
They may have killed a million in one war (Iran Iraq in the 80s)

When you are throwing around those numbers, things like the crusades
and the inquisition fail in comparison.
