I haven't been following the SS COLA, but I do know there are many
factors that determine whether there is or is not a COLA adjustment. I'm
surprised you applied for SS, actually, because, after all, it is a
socialist program.

I paid about $400k into that socialist program. That would make a very
nice annuity.
