I've thought about that. Most are a bit out of the way and would add a
couple of hours to the trip.

That is true. In the late winter and spring the salinity runs more
like 16-20 PPT. It was .0.27 last Monday. (270 PPM)
If I didn't have the new YSI probes, it would have been below the
level of measurement. with a hydrometer we used to use.
