Jesus. I have to explain? The "crew" doesn't make
navigation decisions.
It's the Captain with blood on his dead hands.
The non-officers in the crew were members of the Seafarers
Union, and don't engage in ship navigation.
What's this trickle-down bull****? These guys are paid a
monthly salary. They don't have ****ing profit-sharing.
