A nephew of Gore Vidal was one of my buddies in New Haven. He went to
Amity Regional High School, which we didn't hold against him. His dad
was a professor at Yale. I got to meet Gore twice, but it was no biggie.
Interesting and smart guy, but that was true of the entire family.
We haven't heard any of your "My Daddy" stories lately, not even reruns.
