Ok. Someone please explain this to me because I just don't get it.

Hillary was the Secretary of State. Top dog in the State Department.
I just saw her say on TV that she *never* sent *any* classified emails
on her personal server.

She's probably telling the truth in a Clintonesque way.

Apparently the emails she sent that contained info that warranted
classification were classified by the State Department *after* they were
received.

So, technically they weren't classified when she sent them on her
private email server.

All depends on what "is" means, I guess.

Ahh, *more* Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi bull****.

Not at all. Just another example of the deceitful words used by the
Clinton law department ... namely Hillary and Bill.

Having participated in a couple of depositions, a half way honest
lawyer despises those kind of answers to questions. It's word games,
not truth.

I have no idea how a government server is set up for classified material
in emails. I know how it *used* to be done before the advent
of personal computers and emails. All messages sent (usually by
teletype) had a classification. They included "Unclassified",
"Confidential", "Secret", and "Top Secret" with occasional modifiers
like "NOFORN" meaning no recipients outside of the US government.

I am sure something similar is in existence today. If Hillary was
sending information on a non-government, private server that should have
been classified and limited in terms of who had access to it, she was
probably in violation of the law. At the very least it represents
very poor judgement.
