It certainly goes farther than simple will power.
They call that "can't hold your liquor." A condition discovered perhaps
thousands of years ago without the aid of science. Simple observation.
Those who can't drink responsibly can choose keep drinking, or not.
I already addressed the spike in heroin abuse. "pain pills" seems to
be the "gateway drug" although that is not really a gateway drug since
most pain pills are still basically opium, just in a legal package
that doctors hand out like candy. Virtually every doctor I have been
to in 3 decades has tried to get me to take some kind of pain pill..
So you're saying junkies are the fault of our medical system?
The system is responsible for getting people hooked?
Nice passing of the buck. Blame it on the doctors.
