I've learned quite a few things from this group over the years,
especially when I was just getting started with a trailerable I/O and
power boats in general. We still have a fair amount of expertise here
but not like it used to be when we had guys that actually made a
living working on this stuff. I'm thinking specifically of people
like Wayne "Clams" Canino and Dave "Dave of the North" Brown from
Canada. I actually met Dave Brown once when we did a memorable cruise
on the Rideau Canal system back in the summer of 2000. It's hard to
believe that it has been 15 years.
