I ran the Krausers on my r100gspd then switched over to the toploader 40 liter Caribou luggage. They use the pelican boxes with a quick disconnect system
Heading back up to AK in June with a stop in Dawson city Yukon for the Dust to Dawson (D2D) solstice party. That should put my BMW at over 200.000 miles
Its taken me two Guzzis to get to the 200,000 mile marker. I got my first Guzzi when
my brother went into the Navy. Bought it from him. I've never had a Beemer, but I've
often thought of it!
But then I'd have to get a new wardrobe!
That Caribou luggage looks pretty good on a Guzzi too.

Yes, but mine are the toploaders Roger at Caribou luggage does a bang up job, they are a bit heavier than the Krauser system.
My BMW has been a faithful companion thruout the years, but not without problems, I burned the valves out after crossing the Andes into Argintina, Lost a driveshaft,broken subframe, and torched multipe rotors, (stators)all to be expected though.
I will not buy another new BMW as the problems seem endless, but am in the market.
On the top of my list is the Yamaha Super Tenere
