Mildew removal product

So in my annual search for a better product to clean the boat vinyl of the winter mildew, I've run across a new-to-me product that claims to work. It's called Vital Oxide. It's a hospital and food service grade cleaner that's not bleach based, and I've read good reviews about it, including it's use on boat seats.
From their website: "Removing mold and bacteria can involve strong chemicals that may trigger health problems, like chlorine bleach products that produce trihalomethanes (THM) and haloacetic acids (HAAS) which are linked to cancer. Now there's an ecologically sound alternative. Vital Oxide is colorless, odorless - so mild you can wash your hands in it, and will not harm hard or soft surfaces, or colorfast fabrics. Use it on shower curtains, under sinks, in basements and crawl spaces - anywhere mold and bacteria are found."
I bought a gallon, and will be trying it out next week in the annual cleanup. I'll post back with my results, for those of you that may have a use for something like this.
For sure let us know how this works. I may try some in my fresh water tank rather
than use chlorine bleach.
