Progressive seems to have good service but their prices are high.

I checked into Progressive for kicks once and found their policy rates
were higher than what I have been paying.

We've had the same insurance agency for 40 years and they shop for us
for the best rates. I was pleasantly surprised last October when I
turned 65 that they gave a 25% discount for being an old fart with a
perfect driving record. With that discount places like Progressive
and Geico can't come close.
