If a gang of cops can't restrain an unarmed civilian without beating the
crap out of him, they need more training or a different job. That's your

D'oh. They are supposed to *restrain*, not beat the **** out of or
shoot. Restrain. Got it? Restrain. There are many ways to do this
properly without inflicting undue physical punishment on a person.

Amplify. You mean by wrapping arms around the hands and legs? Do they do this while
the unruly individual is standing? Do you actually think that would be possible,
unless the individual held his hands our to be cuffed?

I didn't see any 'beating the **** out of' going on in the video I saw. He was on the
sidewalk, face down, bumped his head on the concrete, and was then cuffed. Any cut on
the forehead will bleed profusely. I don't know what transpired before he was on the
sidewalk, or how much he resisted arrest.
