Because of finding considerably more toxic materials aboard the ship
than the RFP described the last firm contracted backed out of the
project. A second company has taken over but costs are very high. The
federal government is unwilling to help the province with the clean-up.

2011. They were working on scrapping her in place last year, but I
don't recall hearing that they had finished the job.
