Yeah, the taxes and the climate are the driving reasons for us to get
out of Dodge. We don't need this size house any longer and the rest of
the family that kept Mrs.E. here are slowly diminishing in numbers or
moving somewhere else. We took the house off the market for the heavy
winter months but will put it back on in late April or early May. At
least one of the interested parties are aware of this and are using the
time to explore financing options.
