I-95 last time I came back from Richmond.

That wasn't addressed to me, but to answer your question, no. I've been to Charleston many times, and don't recall ever seeing a Confederate flag. Its history is in the *past*. Some folks choose to never get over it, while the majority of others have moved on.
No, Harry was the one talking of Confederate flags on porches down there.
