That's correct on both counts. Why drop down to the level of your enemy
if you are trying to set an example for the rest of the world?

One might think the president grossly underinflates the importance of terror groups.
Of course none of them pose an 'existential' threat to the USA (until they go
nuclear, of course). Dropping the twin towers wasn't an 'existential' threat either.
I really think your favorite president sometimes talks out his ass. Wonder where he
