We need more details, but it seems they broke into his house and he
shot the intruders. I suspect he may not have made the bomb threat and
they mention of an explosive device just to muddy the issue.

First and foremost I respect and appreciate the men and women who work as police officers. It is a thankless job that makes them live amongst some of the lowest forms of life. With that being said Americans need to dust off their constitutions, history books, pull their heads out of their butts and wake up.

You are losing your country minute by minute to the mindless liberals. They would rather give up their freedoms and liberties and depend on the government than be self sufficient and live and let others live.

For anyone that thinks that the government can provide for you better than you can needs to look at the horrors of Communism. This man guilty or innocent still has a 4th amendment right. They shouldn't have went in Rambo style, they should have surveyed the situation and acted accordingly once they received a warrant.
