Guns don't cause problems. The behavior
of certain gun owners causes problems.
I work with a guy who was a sniper in the Marines for 10 years. Really good, well adjusted guy. He doesn't own a gun now, says he's had his fill of shooting. One day in conversation, I asked if he'd ever had to use his sniper skills. He dropped his head a bit and said, "Too many times". He doesn't talk much about it.
When that movie was over, unlike with most movies, no one in the theatre moved until the lights came
on. There was absolute silence. I didn't hear a sound until I was out in the hall. Lots of old guys
had tears in their eyes.
