That's been my experience also. Their employees here all seem
cheerful, knowledgable and well adjusted. They also tend to stay in
their jobs a while so things can't be all bad.

Juan and Dee have been there at the sports counter for at least the
past couple years. They've always got a smile on their faces when I've
come by.

Maybe it's just me?
