Good grief, don't you guys have anything better to do?

This is a good time of year for planning and preparing for next
season's boating adventures. Hopefully some of you pull away from
your keyboards long enough to do a little of that.

Carry on.

Have been planning next summers trip. Towing to British Columbia. Trying
to decide of I want to stay in Lund / Powell River or Quadra Islandj,
probably Taku Resort. Or Barkeley Sound and Bamfield. Better Halibut
fishing from Bamfirld, but bear viewing in Bute Inlet and more chance of
Orcas.

Those are all great areas.

When you stay at one of the resorts, do they have dockage for the week
or do you have to relaunch from the trailer every day?

I look at resorts with Marinas. When we stayed in a B&B on Salt Spring
Island, got a slip at local Marina. telegraph Cove had a nice RV park plus
slips. Runs $1-$1.39 a foot per day. Week normally gets a small
discount. My boat is about 23' overall.
