the Innova Helios, AIRE Sea Tiger, and Grabner Explorer are the
only models with rudder. Then it's mostly a question of price.
If you want to buy a low-priced inflatable made in China (that's
what the AirFrame is) I'd recommend an AIRE Tomcat instead.
