Funny, but if we are talking about voting, simply showing an ID is
voter suppression.

The Supreme Court has ruled requiring voter ID is constitutional.
Way back. And it's fine with me.
Voter suppression is addressed by the DOJ.
IOW, you don't have a constitutional argument against being required to
jump through hoops to own a gun.
