He has gone bankrupt twice, so probably not subject to being sued. Just
jail for assault.

No lawyer is likely to accept a civil case against him. But, if the guy
he beat up decides to press charges, he stands a pretty good chance of
doing jail time. He probably should lawyer up just in case.
