Only if this guy's wife backs up your story, not his and even then he
can say he felt threatened by Harry's approach.

I bet this woman just finished the dinner dishes and she is about to
rub his feet and suck his pecker.
I don't understand it but most abused women very quickly go right back
into that relationship, if they ever leave at all.

It is called low self-esteem, that is why many of them go back.
